Did you make any New Year’s resolutions this year? Do any of them involve getting healthier? Here are some simple and practical steps you can take right away!

• Get 7 – 8 hours of sleep per night, no matter what. You make time for everyone else, now it’s time to make time for you!
• Take a walk outside every other day. Start out slow and steady and build up to brisk. Enjoy the winter sun. Connect with nature. Breathe.
