It’s already August, and the hottest weather of the year is upon us. Here’s a delicious recipe for Raspberry Chocolate Protein Popsicles. You can serve them to all your friends and family as they are free of gluten, soy, dairy, egg, peanut, and tree nuts.
Raspberry Chocolate Protein Popsicles
1 ripe banana
12 oz frozen raspberries
1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 scoop Chocolate protein powder (or use an unflavored or vanilla protein powder and add 2 or more teaspoons of organic cocoa powder)
2-3 tsp maple syrup or agave if needed
Blend all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 6+ hours. Enjoy!
