Supporting Women’s Health Issues with Acupuncture
Are you one of the millions of American women who struggle with health issues such as pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS), fibroids, endometriosis, infertility, or menopause symptoms including insomnia, mood swings, anxiety and stress, memory problems, skin issues, and more?
It’s time to consider a time-proven, natural solution. Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine have been utilized for supporting women’s health issues for thousands of years. Together with positive lifestyle changes, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine may be the natural key to the healthy balance you’ve been seeking.
Our in-house Acupuncturist and Herbalist is Dr. Yu-Hua Hsieh, L.Ac. (Pronounced “Shay”). Through traditional forms of acupuncture, cupping, Chinese herbs and more, she helps relieve pain, balance and unblock energy flow (Qi, pronounced ‘chee’) and strengthen one’s health.
Dr. Hsieh is originally from Taipei, Taiwan, where she earned her doctorate in Microbiology and Immunology. She relocated to the United States to further her research career. She then obtained her Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Alhambra Medical University.
Dr. Hsieh combines science and nutrition with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine to give patients an optimal healing advantage. She is available for appointments at the Thorburn Chiropractic & Wellness Center office on Mondays and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Call today!
