What steps can one take to get more energy?
Sleep. To get a good night’s sleep you need a good bed and a good pillow. The room needs to be dark and of the correct temperature and air circulation for you to feel good. Go to bed when you are tired. Do not watch TV or eat in bed. Using a calcium magnesium supplement can help you to sleep deeper.
Get rid of toxins. No pesticides at your home or in your food. No chemicals in your food or water. Use an air purifier. Do not take synthetic vitamins (most vitamins sold are synthetic even when they say “natural”). We can test you to find out if your vitamins are harming you.
Eat well. Organic food IS better. Vegetables and fruits are your friends. They make your body more alkaline, give you fiber and water and really make your body happy! Eat protein and some fats and a few carbs. Avoid genetically modified foods (watch the movie Food Inc.).
Exercise. Daily activity and an evening stroll can help you to sleep better at night and be more alert during the day.
So get back to the basics of health and you will have more energy. I see it happen all the time. Eliminate what is harming you and add in what will help you. Easy-Peesy!
